However as we move into the next generation and the generation after that, there will be a larger percentage of multi-cultural families. There is nothing that can be done to stop this. After all we are now a global economy.

DHAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17611591983200476051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6023195663322499949.post-20801668182068178802009-10-19T13:41:34.966-07:002009-10-19T13:41:34.966-07:00Yes, well said Cynthia! Uh, yeah honey, ya are!

I once had a conversation with one of my in-laws about lesbian couples raising kids. In her opinion, two women could not do a successful job raising a child. A child needed a male influence. My argument was that two loving parents - no matter what gender - was better that one or two crappy straight parents. But she was just so hung up on the "correct way" of a man and a woman - the way she was raised to believe.

What it boils down to is some people are sheep. They believe what they are told to believe and they can't wrap their minds around other ideas and think for themselves.

It's sad - for them.Julie_chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12577809494501741588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6023195663322499949.post-89117331451447393232009-10-16T15:20:22.046-07:002009-10-16T15:20:22.046-07:00Ha!
